Project Background:The Olympic Stadium is being upgraded to a 54,000 all-seater UEFA category 4 football stadium - the highest category of football stadium possible in the world. Fans will also benefit from first-class hospitality suites, new concessions and toilets, landscaping and a distinctive new building that is set to become West Hams exclusive Ticket Office and flagship Club Store. West Ham United have a concession agreement to use the Stadium for a 99 year period from August 2016.

Works Completed:Fastglobe are contracted to complete further works to the stadium under the transformation programme. This included further joint mastic / sealant work to the retractable seating for 21,000 spectators, internal sealant to the 950 toilet and 35 catering outlets and various areas where the stadium has been upgraded.
