Project Background:This project delivered 669 number of student bedrooms with the building rising up to twenty-seven storeys. The room types include self-container studio flats and private rooms with shared accommodation.

Works Completed:Fastglobe’s carried out duel mastic sealing to the external precast cladding of the 26 storey student accommodation. The majority of works were accessed from Fastglobe’s abseiling services. We also were contracted to installed mechanical movement joints to the external façade of the building.
