Project Background:The nine-storey, 59,000ft2 retail and office building is known as the Gridiron and features 400 hefty black cast-iron pillar units. The building is designed by award winning David Chipperfield Architects and the iron twisted columns reflect the Victorian heritage of the site.

Works Completed:Fastglobe completed external mastic sealant works to the architectural precast cladding. Fastglobe provided the specialist service to ‘dust’ finish mastic sealant applied. Works were complete from mast climber access.
