Project Background:The London 2012 Olympic Velodrome designed by Hopkins Architects has won three major awards; being named the ‘people’s poll’ winner at the RIBA Stirling Prize, as well as winning the Supreme Award from the Institute of Structural Engineers and the ‘Design of the Year’ Award for Architecture in April 2012. 2 Awards. The iconic 6,000 capacity stadium was the venue for Cycling at the London Olympic 2012 games and now open for use by community and elite athletes.

Works Completed:Fastglobe completed various mastic sealant works to this iconic venue e.g. movement joints were sealed to the perimeter of track and internal sealant was required to welfare facilities.
