Project Background:The National War Museum was founded in 1917 by the government after it was decided that a museum should collect and display material related to World War One. The Imperial War Museum (IWM) London has recently undergone a £40m transformation with new displays to mark the centenary of World War One.
Works Completed:Fastglobe were honoured to be apart of this transformation project. We were appointed for our specialist mastic / sealant experience and complete works to the redevelopment of the main atrium for IWM and display space of the new exhibition for the First World War Centenary commemorations. We complete specialist two-part mastic / sealant to the base plates columns and internal sanitary mastic / sealant to welfare areas. Works were complete out of hours when the building was closed from the public.
