Project Background:Cobalt Place will comprises of 104 homes and is arranged across two buildings of five and six storeys.The homes, which range from one to three-bedroom apartments, all have access to private balconies and gardens and feature the latest in sustainable building practices and innovations, with residents benefitting from reduced energy costs as a result.

Works Completed:Fastglobe were contracted to complete the internal mastic / sealant to internal apartment and communal areas.
